Traineeship Co-ordinator
37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
Salary range £28,741 - £31,409 per annum
We require a Traineeship Co-ordinator at our Corby campus, who will be responsible for recruiting, organising and delivering traineeships to learners aged 16-24 across Northamptonshire. You will work closely with partners and network with other support agencies towards positive progression for all young people.
You will be responsible for delivering employability skills training for the purpose of off-the-job training leading to a nationally recognised qualification and you will plan and deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.
The successful candidate should hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant area and should have a good all round level of education to include Maths and English to GCSE (Grade A-C) or equivalent level. You should have the ability to plan and deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.
