Receptionist – Part Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly and enthusiastic receptionist to join an established team in our Newport Vets4Pets practice. The successful candidate will ideally possess previous reception and customer service experience, and will need to be confident and able to interact with our clients providing a consistently high level of service and customer care.

The role will include meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, dealing with any queries, taking payments and possessing an excellent phone manner. Experience with, or a love of, animals would be advantageous. As this is a busy and demanding role you must be computer literate and able to cope well under pressure.

For the right candidate there is an opportunity to progress into a Head Receptionist role. There is also a temporary position for maternity cover, in which the same qualities would be sought after.
