As an Account Manager, you will support the growth and development of V12 Retail Finance’s regional portfolio and maximise sales of their lending services. 

Managing a number of key retailer accounts, you will maintain strong working relationships and swiftly resolve any issues to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. 

Striving to maximise profitability, you will identify and acquire new business from existing accounts. You’ll seek out new sectors, market and product opportunities and present outline proposals to your Line Manager. 

You will assess, identify and mitigate any risks, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Additionally, you’ll develop market intelligence to inform future product, promotion and pricing decisions. 

To be considered, you will need:

- Business development and account management experience, gained within the retail finance sector
- People and team management experience 
- Knowledge of and the ability to apply regulations relating to FCA compliance, money laundering, AML, CCD and CCA 
- A Lean White Belt qualification and the willingness to progress to a Green Belt qualification
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Articulate and passionate, as an Account Manager, you must have exceptional presentation skills. You must also be able to forge long-lasting, rewarding relationships and work on your own initiative.
