SEND Head of Behaviour Learning Support Faculty (TLR2b)
We are seeking to appoint a SEND Head of Behaviour Learning Support Faculty (TLR2b) to work at Sidney Stringer Academy. You will be employed by the trust which consists of five schools led by Sidney Stringer Academy. The schools are Radford Primary Academy, Ernesford Grange Community Academy, Riverbank Academy (Special School), Sidney Stringer Primary Free school and Sidney Stringer Academy.
We are looking to appoint a SEND Head of Behaviour to join our Learning Support Faculty. As a SEND Head of Behaviour you will be responsible to oversee the Behaviour Placement Programme within the Learning Support Centre. To lead the ACE programme (Alternative Centre of Education) – an additional placement for students who are no longer accessing lessons at the academy or other schools within the MAT. The successful applicant must be skilled at working alongside students with a range of behavioural needs.
