Our Client is a Housing Trust is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord providing homes for people in Aylesbury and the surrounding villages. We provide affordable homes and build communities that people are proud of.
We are seeking 2x Community Caretakers to join a highly thought of team providing a flexible, responsive, high quality caretaking, cleaning and handyperson service within the Vale. You will drive a fully equipped van and work as part of a mobile caretaking team of five Community Caretakers managed by a Caretaker Manager.
You must be organised, able to work and carry out instructions with the minimum of supervision. Having knowledge of safe working practices relating to the use of ladders, electrical appliances, solvents, disinfectants and manual handling is essential. In addition you must be able to demonstrate that you are able to communicate effectively, provide a high level of customer service and have a flexible and helpful attitude. You will need to be IT literate as whilst the position is generally field based, you will be required to work regularly within the office.
You must have a full and clean driving licence.
