Appoint Group Vacancy Job Title: Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) Location: Yate, near Bristol Salary: ??34,000 per annum (??16.50 per hour) + excellent benefits Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time hours, 40 hours Services: A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly-skilled Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work as a Deputy Manager in a beautiful nursing home based in Yate. The home is ideally situated on the outskirts of Bristol city centre and is within easy reach of public transport links, shops and local amenities. This service offers a warm a warm and homely atmosphere to their residents and staff. This home provides person-centred care to the elderly, as well as offering respite and palliative care. This facility prides itself in the quality of care that they provide and boasts an excellent reputation and CQC rating. The Home Manager is looking for an experienced, passionate nurse and Manager to join their friendly team of staff. Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered) with a strong post-qualifying background. All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must have some experience of leading / managing people, ideally within a similar care home environment, as well as excellent leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
