Digital Marketing Executive (Agency) - Cheltenham Competitive Salary A fast moving, young and lively marketing agency based in the heart of Cheltenham is looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to join their team. The successful candidate will be confident and capable in setting up and managing Pay Per Click campaigns but will also have a natural and accurate copywriting ability. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work across the majority of the company's clients and will have a hands-on role in dealing directly with clients on a regular basis. The role will involve liaising with clients, partner agencies and the Digital Director to ensure digital projects are seamless and carried out within the time and budgets allowed. Key Activities and Responsibilities: - Carefully monitor the performance of campaigns and set up PPC advertising across Google, Bing and others, for search, shopping, display and retargeting formatsInvolvement with social content creation, blog writing, SEO optimisation, data analysis and reportingDetailed keyword researchOngoing management and optimisation of active campaignsCreation and upkeep of digital project tracking documents to manage agreed project deliverables and key KPI'sDue diligence for all new digital clients: provision of on boarding documents, gathering necessary access and monitoring project scheduleAttending new project meetings and initial digital client researchAbility to take and carry out briefs in digital projects from partner agencies and internal teamAbility to generate digital content with clear and accurate copywriting Creation of organic advertising content for social campaignsMonitoring results and recommending any necessary Google Analytics tracking, goals or conversion tracking required (and be able to explain how to integrate to clients if required) Skills and Requirements: - A keen interest in ongoing PPC industry developments and new opportunities At least 3 years of proven PPC experienceA good understanding of keyword analysis for SEOKnowledge of setting up Shopping campaigns and Merchant Centre, including how to gather the necessary product feeds Experience and understanding of social advertisingBe able to manage social accounts with engaging content based on target audiencesBe a Google Analytics guru and be able to set up client goal and conversion tracking if requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to make complex subjects understandableThe drive to be successful and perform well in all aspects of your strategic workThe flexibility to work over a number of projects and balance your workloadOrganised and forward thinkingAble to build good rapport with clients Benefits:- 25 days annual leave allowance plus Bank holidaysOptions to work from home one day a weekPerformance-based Christmas office closure
