Are you forward thinking; with excellent leadership skills?  ROC is an award winning provider of care and support for individuals with learning, physical disabilities and Dementia.  We are recruiting for a Registered Manager for our 6 bedded residential home in Exmouth.  Our emphasis is to promote a person-centred approach in all aspects of the support we offer.  Our aim is to enable the people we support to achieve their goals in life and we actively seek out opportunities for everyone to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives.

You will develop the staff team enabling the individuals we support to reach their full potential.  Your powers of leadership, innovation and enthusiasm will enable you to motivate and support your team whilst ensuring ROC’s values are fully embedded.  Reporting to the Area Manager, you will ensure the highest standards of support are delivered in the service.

Knowledge of CQC regulation and compliance is essential.
