Full Time: 36.25 hours per week

Salary: £29,300 - £32,958 per annum

An opportunity has arisen within the Human Resources department for a full time HR Adviser to be based at our Farnham campus.

This role provides a proactive HR advice service to managers and staff across the University. Working closely with the Human Resources Business Partners, HR Administration team and Learning & Development Facilitators this role is key in supporting managers and staff primarily in effective recruitment, managing employee relations and performance management.

You must have the ability to build excellent working relationships with managers, staff and HR colleagues, demonstrating skills in communicating confidently, with energy and enthusiasm. You will be proactive, have the ability to work creatively and innovatively to provide sound HR advice and guidance.

This is an exciting time to join both the University and HR department, as we work collaboratively to develop and improve our services to the wider University.
