Full-time - 37.5 hours, 5 days a week Overall Summary: Manage the business as their own, driving performance (productivity & profitability) through KPI's, the counter and its operational needs as well as the people development. Ensure best in class client experience and service in adherence with Clinique's education curriculums and standards. Lead the team with passion and enthusiasm always maintaining high energy and motivation. Key Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication, service and analytical skills - Retail experience necessary - Cosmetic experience desirable - Proficient in Windows, Words, Excel - High school graduate or equivalent. Requirements of the job: -Verbally communicate with clients and store employees in a clear manner - Move around on counter; manage retailer procedures and corporate requests - Operate POS and computer - Lift and carry weight - Handle and apply cosmetic products to clients - Bend and stretch to stock shelves - Write memos, performance reviews etc. - Willingness to work flexible hours - Promote the image of the company by wearing the uniform provided - Follow personal appearence guidelines as stated in guidelines provided - Consistent and reliable attendance - Manage testers, samples, gwps and any other non-saleable products according to the guidelines provided by direct supervisor.
