Job Role:

Based at the company's Head Office in Bedfordshire, the company is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Programme Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business analysis support and input into major change initiatives. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you'll be working alongside the team's Project Manager to help facilitate the successful delivery of company-wide projects.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will need to have a good understanding of project lifecycles and working knowledge of Prince2 (or similar) methodology, as well as an understanding of Microsoft Office, including Visio and Project. Ideally with previous experience of working in an operations team, the successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of process mapping, data flows and diagrams. Previous experience of assisting with UAT testing, developing and executing test strategies would also be an advantage.

They'll be leading requirement-gathering sessions across the business, conducting stakeholder interviews and using their skills to identify business needs with stakeholders at all levels. It's therefore essential that the successful candidate can communicate with confidence and develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders. They'll also need to be able to interpret and translate user requirements into functional specifications, using natural language.

The successful candidate will be dealing with multiple projects and will need to demonstrate their ability to organise, prioritise and plan workloads across the business, with a keen desire to achieve objectives and targets. Therefore the ability to progress chase and find innovative solutions to challenges will be key in this role.
