Nisbets Product Training Manager - Bristol This new role will be responsible for creating our product training strategy and driving that forward within the business. You will deliver group training focusing of equipment to demonstrate the features and benefits of our products. The role will be based at the brand new National Catering Equipment Centre (NCEC) and will work closely with our Brands Team and Development Chef. Product Training covers all levels of the organisation as well as our international offices. To apply for the role you will not only have excellent communication skills to work with all levels of the business, but also be able to drive the product training function forward by providing clear product training strategies and adapting to the needs of the business as they change. As Product Training Manager your main responsibilities will be: - Managing all five stages of the training cycle from identification through to Assessment in relation to Product training for the Nisbets Group. - Writing and driving the product training strategy for the Nisbets Group - Managing a small team - Liaising with other Managers to identify training priorities drawing up an overall Product training plan. - Producing training materials, including e-learning, handouts and presentations - Managing third party supplier training to create and deliver effective product training ensuring it is both hands on and effective - Deliver internal "hands on" courses for all colleagues using the training facilities within Nisbets as and when required. - Delivering new product launches - Liaising with the Development Chef & NCEC General Manager in relation to use of the Development Kitchens and ensuring the use is maximised To apply for this role your experience and skills should include: - The Ability to motivate and manage a team - Strong training background which should include product focus not purely classroom based learning - Clear understanding and experience in implementing training strategy - Strong communication skills, able to present clearly and concisely. You will need to be able to engage a room full of delegates and use different skills to ensure you have communicated your messages clearly.
