With a team rich with skills in Recruitment, Accounting and Back Office, Graphic design, marketing, advertising, web design, legal, consultancy, customer service, we are ideally suited to supporting recruitment startups - it is all we do and we have been successfully doing it for 12 years. Our Services to Your Company We set your company up, do all of the back office financial stuff, management accounts, factoring, payroll (invaluable if your business is in the world of temps!) tax, VAT the lot. We will build a website for you, design your logo, do the branding for your company, and provide you with business cards, stationery, and give you the software you need. We provide you with a wide spread of advertising, ensuring that you get the very best calibre of candidates to fill your roles. Crucially, we provide full time business, recruitment, legal support from a team with a vested interest in helping your new business to grow. In return, we charge a fee of a maximum of 30% of all that you bill. There are no upfront costs, this is not a franchise and we do not take equity in your business (unless you want us to of course!). We make an investment decision and will only invest if we truly believe that your business has a good chance of succeeding.
