Our client in South Bristol are looking for Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisors! Are you looking to join a growing, fast paced organisation, working Monday to Friday, generally working within our standard business hours of 08.00 - 18.00, in a modern newly refurbished spacious working environment with great opportunities for career advancement and in-role development? If so we want to hear from you. Previous experience in a customer facing role is not essential, but you will need a desire to provide consistently outstanding customer service to all of our clients. As one of our Customer Service Representatives you will handle contact by telephone, email or written correspondence. You will be trained to ensure each interaction is handled professionally and ensure that each customer has their enquiry fully resolved to their satisfaction. Our starting salary is ??17,000 + monthly bonus potential with the opportunity for increase with our Pay for Skills package. You must be available to start employment on Monday 28th March and no leave can be taken in the first 10 days of starting the role whilst you are training.
