Systems Engineers - Defence Sector

Our client is a leading management and technology consulting firm with some 2000 consultants operating worldwide. The firm's highly successful Defence team is now seeking talented individuals who share their focus on client value and have experience in the defence sector, either gained as a consultant or in-house. You will have a background in Systems Engineering supporting the delivery of complex systems based projects. You will identify, develop and implement major strategic business change through the successful delivery of highly complex programmes whilst working alongside senior client staff and your own colleagues. You will have worked on large or medium sized programmes and will have credentials in areas such as systems architecture and design, system level trade- offs and project/programme assurance. You will have worked on at least one major programme with experience of lifecycle/risk management and you will ideally be familiar with complex planning frameworks. As well as strong interpersonal skills you should have the flexibility to work on client sites across the UK as required. DV clearance is preferred.
