Product Support Coordinator

We seek a confident person with strong Customer Service skills, a polite telephone manner, good at listening, the aptitude to retain information and remain calm under pressure.
Main responsibilities include dealing with product and installation enquiries, carrying out problem analysis, documenting queries and communicating with other departments to support the prevention and resolution of product issues.
