PROJECT OFFICER (ESTATES)
WESSEX RESERVE FORCES AND CADETS ASSOCIATION

Wessex Reserve Forces and Cadets Association provides and maintains accommodation for the Reserve Forces' and Cadets' throughout the South West. A vacancy has arisen for a Project Officer (Estates) within the Association's Estates Department based at Taunton. 

The successful candidate will have a qualification relevant to Construction Project Management and experience managing construction projects. The position involves the planning and coordination of projects for new builds, refurbishment, minor new works and other building requirements. 

The salary is £30,797 per annum.
        
Annual leave, excluding public holidays, is 25 days per annum rising to 30 days after 5 years service.  

Previous service in the public sector will count towards qualifying service.

There is a Pension Scheme, which is open to personnel aged between 18 and 56.
