WE HAVE A VACANCY FOR A PRE-SCHOOL ASSISTANT:
St Mary's Pre-School provides safe, high quality care and education for children aged 2 - 5 years, in a stimulating and enjoyable environment.
We are looking for a Part-Time Assistant, to work 8.30-3.30 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, term-time only. The applicant will, ideally have a Level 3 Childcare qualification but we will consider a Level 2 willing to upgrade to L3 in the near future.
The position starts at the beginning of the summer term in April 2017. The successful candidate will be working as part of our team under the direction of the pre-school Supervisor and acting as keyworker to a small group of children. Remuneration is dependent on qualifications and experience. All positions are subject to DBS checks.

Information about the school
St Mary's is a registered small charity based pre-school in Riverhead Village Hall. We accept children from age 2 years and offer a friendly, welcoming environment with an emphasis on learning through play.
The pre-school is managed by a Parents' Committee which all parents are welcome to join.
The emphasis at St Mary's is on the children learning through play in a happy and stimulating environment. We have a different theme for each term with various related topics each week; recent examples include Numbers, Homes, People Who Help Us, Spring Festivals, This is Me and Opposites.
Our School and all its personnel are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children. This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
