We are looking for a General Manager who is innovative and able to take advantage of the beautiful venue to maximise sales through bespoke and regular events. The ideal candidate will have experience in venues delivering events, have great business controls and be an inspiration to their team.
The site currently operates with an 80/20 wet dry split and has very lively and successful weekend trade. There are lots of potential opportunities to further this business implementing your entrepreneurial ideas making your mark as a great Manager.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1 years GM experience, with experience of managing a similar style business and of consistently delivering weekly net food sales in excess of 3k. The candidate will also be able to demonstrate a real desire to achieve sales growth through a real organised, structured, energetic & hands-on approach
