JOB PURPOSE:
To provide executive management to Age UK Salford's social enterprise activities and to seek out, explore and develop income development, fundraising and social enterprise opportunities working with managers and supervisors to execute and critically analyse performance in each service
You will plan and implement strategies for improved footfall and sales income across all services and report on service income and expenditure recommending and implementing opportunities to reduce costs and increase income to support the service and charity objectives whilst working with the Executive Manager Care to achieve consistency and a standardised approach to charging
Lead and manage the delivery of agreed priority projects, monitoring these in line with agreed timescales, reviewing the learning and reporting to the Senior Management Team on the value and difference such projects have made
To maximise business opportunities and income generation both via Age UK Salford's existing customers and through engagement with new customers, colleagues and partners in the city and to positively represent and further the work of Age UK Salford
