HR Advisor this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and dedicated individual to join one of our largest established clients!

Based in Hersham

12 Month Contract

Salary Negotiable


We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our client, a successful and established manufacturing and industrial gas company, who strive to develop lasting relationships with their customers and communities based on an understanding of their needs.



About the HR Advisor


* Combine a range of data with personal experience to develop insight into your business areas, its customers and the external context it operates within
* Network with specialist colleagues and communities of proactive to understand current trends, thinking and innovations in HR and specialist areas
* Use insights to identify opportunities, priorities and potential risks e.g. Suggesting mitigation and optimisation plans to senior members of staff
* Support senior members of staff in influencing leaders and colleagues to implement them, checking and supporting managers to do this
* Implement people plans and solutions to support achievement of organisational requirements and align HR and organisational strategy
* Ensure the consideration of diversity and inclusion into development pipeline
* Support the implementation of change across your business areas to support implementation of major change initiatives
* Listen for and escalate as appropriate the impact of project/solutions, staying alert to changes in context, to enable appropriate corrections to strategy and solutions
* Work in partnership with leaders to provide challenge, legal guidance and advice and escalate where appropriate
* Monitor impact of ER strategy in relation between organisation and employee and propose changes as required

To be the successful HR Advisor you will:

* Possess knowledge of relevant current local employment law and discrimination law in local and international jurisdictions, plus proposed changes
* Understands the role of legislation in progressing issues of diversity
* Have knowledge of the significance of the employee relations climate and culture in the organisation and its impact on employee motivation and performance
* Have knowledge and experience of the stages and phasing of project, programme and change management
* Possess an understanding of all HR technical areas to be able to apply to the organisation such as Organisational Design, Development, resource and talent planning, L&D, performance & reward, employee engagement, employee relations, service delivery and information
* Ideally be CIPD qualified
