Realistic OTE of GBP30k clixifix is a customer care management application dedicated to the management of reported defects and repairs in new homes and construction projects throughout the warranty period. Designed and developed by industry experts this secure collaborative platform allows house builders and commercial developers to effectively resolve any issues reported to their business. This position is to build solid relationships with our existing accounts and to assist with new customer accounts by understanding their business needs and supporting the implementation of our customer care software management application. Business development or outbound sales/lead generation experience is essential for the role. What you will be doing: Ability to quickly understand, assess and address customer challenges and effectively work towards resolutionGain understanding of Client's current customer care procedures and plans, and align those with clixifix??'s capababilities to drive measurable value for our accountsEnsure all sales leads and customer enquiries are acted upon swiftly in order to maximize customer satisfaction and our customer pipelineHelp users love clixifix?? by proactively offering advice on industry best practices and creative product solutionsUpdating and maintaining our customer databaseExecution of sales activities in line with internal sales strategies to build pipeline and customer baseDevelop strong relationships with clixifix?? accounts to protect ongoing revenue stream and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesProviding ongoing support to customers via web, email and telephone channelsProviding client feedback to Product and Customer Success Manager and become an expert on clixifix?? technical and practical business applicationManage a portfolio of clixifix?? accounts from initial outbound contact, to trial stage, helping them through the implementation process to successfully adopt our application What you will need An ability to self-manage and an understanding of how to sell and operate as part of a teamStrong sense of motivation and the ability to be pro-active and take the lead in our customer care initiativesA competitive yet professional attitude that never accepts success roadblocks and always finds solutions to themAn ability to perform under pressure and possess excellent conflict resolution skillsProven success in closing dealsStrong negotiation skillsExceptional communication skills, the ability to build relationships, challenge where appropriate and achieve buy in where neededBoth a consultative and pro-active approach to Account Management We're Looking For Someone Who Has 2+ years of experience in a client or customer driven role within a rapidly growing organizationHas a knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externallyHas a natural curiosity as to how businesses work, and will be advocate for our top usersAbility to understand complex customer requirements and craft custom solutionsAbility to operate in a fluid and fast-paced environment Personal Characteristics Ability to independently identify, investigate and develop solutions to problemsAbility to function independently, with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skills Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in a similar account management role within a customer facing/experience environmentMust be able to demonstrate a previous track record of exceeding goals set around customer measures and sales targetsExperience within the housing industry or a background in technical support would be advantageousProven customer relationship skills, and experience working with customers on a regular basis What We Promise To You Competitive PackageRealistic performance related bonusesPlenty of opportunities for training and development and ongoing career developmentAn exciting start-up environment dedicated to team success **Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK No recruitment agencies please
