Our client is a long established and successful new homes selling agent and an exciting part-time opportunity has arisen for a motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join their West Kent sales team in their Tonbridge office.
Enthusiasm, drive, passion and some understanding of property sales/previous sales experience are preferred but not essential. As a sales consultant you will be involved in generating leads, dealing with enquiries and matching requirements; you will carry out viewings and progress sales through to exchange and completion to a set timescale; you will need to be computer literate in word and excel.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and will need to be confident, self-motivated, customer focused with an excellent telephone manner.
- Driving licence and own car essential
- Saturday working required on a rota basis within time in lieu accrued
- Good basic salary and commission package
