B2B Telemarketer - Marketing Agency

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a B2B Telemarketer to join Beanstalk Marketing based in central Chelmsford in high quality offices close to the Bus and Train stations and town centre.

Beanstalk Marketing provide integrated marketing and lead generation services for a wide range of businesses including Technology, Apprenticeship Providers and B2B Support Services companies. 

Our services include Telemarketing, Email Marketing, Digital and Design services.

We are recruiting for someone to join our existing telemarketing team to make outbound telephone calls to businesses on behalf our clients to generate sales leads & appointments, capture account profiling information and raise awareness of their services.

Often the calls are part of a wider, integrated marketing campaign being run for the client.

The successful candidate will join a business with a structured staff development programme:

• Investor In People
• Training & Accreditation with the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management
• Management Development programme

A number of the Management Team have been promoted from within, so there is a genuine opportunity to build a career within Sales or Marketing. 

Telemarketing, Telesales or experience within a Call Centre or Customer Services department is highly desirable as the ability to engage and interact with people on the phone is vital.

However, being articulate, having a friendly or outgoing personality and being keen to learn are just as valuable as experience.  Full training, support and mentoring are provided.

Your working hours will be 8.45 – 17.00, Monday-Thursday, and 8.45 – 16.00 on Friday. 

In return for this you will receive a salary of £22,000 - £30,000 per annum.
