Job Title:
FNOL Motor Claims Handler
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Motor Claims Handler to join a well-established and reputable company in Newcastle that truly looks after its staff, in their First Notification of Loss team.
Main Duties:
The role will involve:
• Taking in-bound calls from policy holders who have experienced an RTA or accident relating to their vehicle.
• You will demonstrate excellent listening and questioning skills, offer empathy and a patient and understanding approach to your customer.
• All accident and client details to be recorded accurately, assessing which department within the claims team is best placed to handle the claim to settlement.
• There may be a need to make outbound calls when following up with policy holders.
• Excellent customer service required so as to reassure the policy holder and keep them informed of the process moving forward.

Key Skills:
