The Role:-

The role is for an experienced individual to manage a large panel of insurance brokers in the Midlands and South of England, with an emphasis on the management of existing relationships and implementation of new schemes. We are looking for an individual capable of interacting with brokers to develop new opportunities and lines of business which will contribute to our strategic development plan.

The Person:-

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the general insurance industry, not necessarily in schemes however this would be an advantage. Key is a good understanding of insurance brokers and the challenges and opportunities they face. The candidate will need to have good organisational skills, the confidence to professionally present and provide training to individuals and groups, the ability to work under pressure and manage their time effectively will be key requirements.
