HR Advisor / Human Resources Officer with multi-site experience is required by a Global Company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
SALARY: £27,000 - £30,000 Pro Rata + Car Allowance
JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new contract opportunity for an HR Advisor / Human Resources Officer that has previous multi-site experience with excellent communication, organisational and diary management skills.
Working as the HR Advisor / Human Resources Officer you will provide guidance to a designated Region covering all areas such as Employment Relations, Performance Management and Benefits & Compensation.
As the HR Advisor / Human Resources Officer you will provide HR management support in relation to absence management and capability and performance issues.

DUTIES
- Support with recruitment and On-boarding as necessary
- Support with any Tupe transfer management/team member engagement as required
- Change management across own area and supporting colleagues in any initiative affecting the business
- Act as a communications champion to ensure business initiatives and legislative changes are cascaded effectively
- Manage the implementation of the Employee Engagement Survey
IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate with or studying towards CIPD Qualification level 5-7
- Previous experience of working at HR Advisor level in a generalist role with project experience
- Demonstrable Employment Relations experience up to complex cases
- Experience in a Multi-Site role is preferred
- Able to deliver key messages in a positive and constructive manner
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable enthusiastic
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Competent user of Microsoft Office
