We are offering an opportunity to be part of our passionate, dedicated and driven team of staff, working to raise vital funds for the RSPB; the largest nature conservation charity in Europe.

Membership Development Officer

Location: South West including Bristol, Devon and Adjoining Areas
Starting salary range is £17,276 to £18,715 per annum
Hours: Full time
Contract: 6 months

Your role in our dynamic team will be to raise vital support by securing new RSPB members. You will work face to face with the public at a range of interesting venues and exciting events mainly across Devon and adjoining areas of the South West, to inspire the people of this area and further afield into action!

Our team creates an environment that sets you up to succeed. You will bring energy, resilience and a 'can-do' attitude to enthuse people to join the RSPB and help us to give nature a home. We will provide you with ongoing support and full training, and displays to help you convey our conservation stories. Nature is in trouble, and you will be part of the solution. Inspiring people to take action will make a difference for wildlife.
