This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced AV engineer to further their career and join a growing division within a multidiscipline company.
Duties would include working as part of a small team providing onsite installation services and reporting directly to the project manager as well as running smaller jobs. Installations vary from large scale corporate projects, single boardrooms, meetings rooms and education installations.
The right candidate should have a wide and varied knowledge of the Audio Visual industry and be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team. You should be able to correctly implement and test all aspects of audio visual systems including but not limited to, TV distribution, Audio systems, conference systems, displays, Digital Signage, presentation technologies with a strong desire to learn new skills.
The ideal applicant for the role:
- Must have performed installation of AV services and equipment within a corporate or higher education environment
- Must have a working knowledge of Integrated Video/Audio, Control systems, Switchers, Scalers, Video Conference Codec's, Distribution Amplifier's and latest display technologies.
- The ability to read installation schematics
- Fault finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be able to work to client deadlines.
- The desire to learn new skills and progress as part of a growing team.
Required experience:
At least 4 Years audio Visual installation experience
