Title: Head of Reporting
Salary: DOE
Location: North West/ West Midlands
Post type: Permanent
Our company is proud to be working with a leading Financial Services organisation seeking to appoint a new Head of Reporting. Reporting directly to the CFO, my client is looking for a technically astute and dynamic finance leader.
The successful candidate will have a key role on the Senior Leadership team, tasked with driving strategic and operational decision making.
Main Responsibilities
* Leading a team of 16 qualified and part qualified FTE's
* Responsible for ensuring IFRS and Regulatory reporting is complete, accurate and delivered within deadline
* Maintaining and improving financial controls and governance frameworks
* Guiding the executive leadership team on potential M&A activity from a reporting, controls and governance perspective
* Management of dividend payments and opimisation of cash generation for shareholders
Successful Candidate
* Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA
* High energy and dynamic individual
* Excellent interpersonally with ability to operate at executive level
* Experience of delivering Financial reporting within a complex and challenging environment
* Experience with Financial Services desirable but not essential
