Join our client's team and help them change the way the system works for multiple and complex needs clients in Bristol.

With an investment of £10 million over 8 years from the Big Lottery Fund, it is challenging and changing the way systems work to support some of the most vulnerable people in Bristol.

They are a strategic partnership-led programme working with people who have multiple and complex needs. Their aim is to work alongside and support these individuals so they can learn about the issues they face when accessing services.

The learning from their work with clients is being shared with our client and commissioners so they can influence change in the way services support this group of people.

Golden Key Senior Service Coordinator

Full-time 37 hours per week Salary £26,627 - £29,093 per annum

Have you got the confidence to line manage a multi- disciplinary team? Are you comfortable holding uncertainty? Can you support experienced practitioners to find new ways of working with complex clients?

They are seeking a self-motivated individual who has excellent management and supervision skills and the experience to lead and supportTeam.

You will be supporting and line managing a team of experienced practitioners who are working with caseloads of up to 15 clients with a range of complex issues - these will include homelessness, substance use, mental health and offending.

You will be working with a range of agencies to find creative solutions for individuals, assisting and challenging existing practices, share learning and help influence the way services are designed and delivered in future.

As the ideal candidate you will already have supervised experienced practitioners and worked in service provision for people with complex and multiple needs. You will have strong skills in staff management and experience in communicating with and building relationships with agencies across sectors.
