Teaching Assistant

Full time post of 35 hours per week, term-time-only (+ 5 days)
Salary: Grade 4, Scale points 17-21: £15,229-£17,307 payable

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and inclusive teaching assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs in order to help children succeed with their learning.
This role is central in assisting with the Academy’s high quality effective care, guidance and support.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the skills necessary to work in a secondary school environment and to support pupils in all areas of the curriculum.
In- service training and Continuing Professional Development opportunities will be provided as necessary.
Successful applicants are subject to appropriate vetting procedures and a satisfactory Enhanced Check from the Disclosure & Barring Service
