Role: Compliance & Process Manager,

Business Wales

Location: Pencoed, Bridgend

Salary: up to £36,000 per annum

Hours: full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Compliance & Process Manager forms an important part of the Business Wales service that provides first class business support to Welsh SMEs on behalf of the Welsh Government, funded by the European Regional Development Fund and delivered by Growth Partnership Wales (GPW), a partnership of Business in Focus, Antur Teifi and Peninsula Enterprise (PE).

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with regional teams across Wales and with Welsh Government representatives, to ensure that the services we provide are compliant and our clients always receive first class business support.

To achieve this Compliance & Process Manager will design, implement and review a series of internal quality and risk management strategies.

Alongside their Pan Wales responsibilities, the successful candidate will work closely with the South Wales Regional Management Team, supporting them in the effective delivery of key performance indicators.

The successful candidate will require:

Mae’r Rheolwr Cydymffurfiaeth a Phrosesau yn rhan bwysig o wasanaeth Busnes Cymru sy'n darparu cymorth busnes o'r radd flaenaf i BBaCh Cymru ar ran Llywodraeth Cymru, wedi ei ariannu gan Gronfa Datblygu Rhanbarthol Ewrop a’i gyflwyno gan Bartneriaeth Twf Cymru (GPW), partneriaeth rhwng Busnes mewn Ffocws, Antur Teifi a Peninsula Enterprise (PE).

Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn cyd-weithio â thimau rhanbarthol ledled Cymru a gyda chynrychiolwyr Llywodraeth Cymru, i sicrhau bod y gwasanaethau a ddarparwn yn cydymffurfio a bod ein cleientiaid bob amser yn cael cymorth busnes o'r radd flaenaf. Er mwyn cyflawni hyn, bydd y Rheolwr Cydymffurfiaeth a Phrosesau yn cynllunio, gweithredu ac yn adolygu cyfres o strategaethau ansawdd a rheoli risg mewnol.
