Grounds Maintenance Foreman
Mendip Contract covering a wide geographical area within Somerset & nearby counties
- A self motivated individual with a flexible approach.
- Proactive & positive with a professional attitude, able to work under pressure
- Excellent industry knowledge & able to demonstrate this
- Experience of dealing with multiple housing site contracts
- Experience of carrying out full range of horticultural works.
- Hold PA1/PA6 spray certificate
- Good people skills
Seasonal & Permanent Grounds Maintenance Operative
Manage general grounds maintenance of the Mendip Contract
- Confident in organizing daily work schedule and complete daily checks for site and vehicle
- Experience in use of ride on mowers & horticultural machinery
- Work well as part of a team or on your own
- Duties : mowing & strimming, hedge cutting, shrub pruning, hoeing & weeding
- Hold PA1/PA6 weed spraying certificate
Market Operative - Part Time (15 hours pw)
3 days per week
- Physically fit
- Able to work shift patterns with early starts
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Team player with good people skills as dealing with both customers and the public
- Full driving license essential and able to tow trailers
A good understanding of H&S and full driving license required for all positions
