My Oxford based client is looking for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to support the provision and development of a pro-active and business focused HR Service to designated client groups across the organisation.
With a multisite offering (could also be based in Reading) this role will require you to be the effective interface between client groups and HR team, ensuring that the departments strategies are on the wider HR agenda and that the HR initiatives, processes and practices are fit for purpose.
Currently there is a real drive towards creating more of a performance led culture across the organisation and candidates must have the drive and ability to get Managers on-board.
