Architectural Designer Part 11/111/Qualified

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Designer (Part II / III / Qualified) for our well established Client based in Maidstone, Kent.To support this rapidly expanding practice the Urban Design Department are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Part II architectural assistant or a recently qualified Part III architect to assist the team with a wide range of design tasks to support a variety of planning applications.The successful candidate will:-* Be proficient in the use of Auto CAD, Sketch Up and / or Vectorworks* Have excellent In Design and Photoshop skills * Be enthusiastic* Have strong communication & collaborative skills* Have excellent written & spoken English* Have evidence of job running, financial management and an ability to work independently and in a responsible, self-motivated manner*Have the ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and manage workload* Have at least two years' work experience in a UK planning / architecture practice The right candidate will gain first-hand experience in running several of the practice's architectural projects, working alongside a supportive and multi-skilled team.
