Delivering services for older people across East and West Lindsey and helping make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience we are a local charity for older people operating in the East and West Lindsey areas of Lincolnshire. We are now recruiting for a Charity Shop Manager.

HOURS:
32.5 hours per week worked across 5 days including some Saturday work.
SALARY:
G3 Point 7-9 starting at ??15,795 (pro rata) per annum. An additional performance related bonus will be paid based on a percentage of shops profit.
WORK BASE:
Market Rasen shop
POST REQUIREMENTS: Initially supporting a planned refurbishment you will then be responsible for the day to day running of the shop, working closely with the Shops Area Manager in order to increase sales and promote the work of the charity. To work with the Shops Area Manager to meet sales targets by managing, training, motivating and providing feedback to staff and volunteers.
