Delivering services for older people across East and West Lindsey and helping make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience we are a local charity for older people operating in the East and West Lindsey areas of Lincolnshire. We are now recruiting for an Independence at home Business Development Manager.

HOURS:
37.5hours per week as standard across 5 days
SALARY:
G6 Points 18 ??23,698 per annum. An additional performance related bonus will be payable based on a percentage of service profits
WORK BASE:
Horncastle
POST REQUIREMENTS: To take a dynamic and pro-active lead in developing financially sound service provision whilst directing and managing the Independence at Home team to meet priorities in accordance with client???s needs. To identify and secure relevant service and business development opportunities to ensure we generate sustainable sources of income, using entrepreneurial flair and gaining support throughout the organisation.
