Delivering services for older people across East and West Lindsey and helping make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience we are a local charity for older people operating in the East and West Lindsey areas of Lincolnshire. We are now recruiting for an Independence at home coordinator.

HOURS:
25 hours per week as standard across 5 days, although some flexibility to meet the conditions of the post may be required
SALARY:
Grade 4 points 10-12 starting at ??17,662 pro rata (??11,765 actual) per annum
WORK BASE:
Horncastle
POST REQUIREMENTS: To work in the community to promote, assess and oversee service delivery in the home, including having an overview of the work of the Independence at Home (IAH) Service Assistants, to ensure the effective and efficient running of the Independence at Home Service.
This position will require an enhanced DBS check.
