We have an excellent position for a Staff Nurse to join our luxurious care provider based in Bristol. This is an outstanding position to work for some of the very best consultants and be a valued as a professional. Reporting to the Charge Nurse you'll be part of a close-knit team headed by our matron, who provides the foundation and lead for our patient centred care. And, with our consultant-led service, you'll be working directly with some of the best clinical talent around, gaining experience with new practices, equipment and facilities. These are maintained to a high standard - they take great pride in their low infection rates and high CQC scores.Your key accountabilities will be: Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needsDelivering high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriateAssessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programmePre-assessing Cardiac patients to prepare them for their procedure As this is a developing business, there will be an expectation to work on the general wards at times. There is also an expectation that this role will include shift work (including weekends) and on-call.Nursing qualifications, skills and valuesAs a nurse registered with the appropriate governing body, you'll have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration. You'll also have post-registration experience. Experience in Cardiology or Critical care is essential for this role. Advanced Life Support is desirableLike us, you believe in putting people first.
