The company:
Our client is a British manufacturer

Main duties:
To proactively promote, sell and service the company products range while delivering the highest customer service possible.

The role:
- Processing International sales orders as well as all communication with customer
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management (CRM) and filing
- Dealing with customer enquiries, also on behalf of the manager
- Resolving delivery queries
- Follow up on quotations
- Arranging export of international customer samples, international literature and stationary
- Issuing export documents for deliveries, i.e. commercial invoices
- Dealing with basic technical enquiries and providing product information
- Calculation of pricing advised by the Senior Key Account Manager
- Working closely with other members of the International Internal Sales/Customer Service Team
- Assisting Finance department with monitoring International customer accounts and payments
- Liaising with the NCR Team on claim management
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings
- Opening proforma accounts
- Being involved in decision-making processes as required
- Ad hoc projects as directed
- Organising and maintaining diaries
- Assist with translation of European literature as required
- Undertaking additional duties as required

The candidate:
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working independently and within a team
- Collaboratively cross functionally
- Commercially astute and skilled in delivering customer solutions
- Credible and skilled in developing excellent customer/client relationships
- Analytical and able to present and report accurate data
- Verbal and non verbal communication skills

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 - Depending on experience
