A Leading Syndicate that is looking to hire a Delegated Authority Claims Manager. You will be responsible for the management of TPA's and external suppliers and work closely with Technical Claims Managers to ensure maximum claims efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing delegated authority relationships to ensure that that these are running efficiently and that Coverholders/TPA's are providing an exceptional service and meeting all performance indicators
* Act as the relationship manager for all Coverholders / TPA's
* Manage the TPA Panel
* Ensure accurate risk control framework and conduct risk issues
* Responsibility for managing the completeness and accuracy of the content of the Expert Management database
* Ensure that there are current agreements in place with all third parties used by the Claims team#
* Ensure that the agreements in place all follow a consistent format / content for the particular type of third party and that where differences are identified, the agreement is re-issued
* Manage due diligence and renewal process for third parties used by the Claims team
* Conduct end-to-end audits of TPA's / Coverholders
Skills / Experience Required:
* Strong experience in delegated authority claims management
* Experience of managing UK & International delegated authority arrangements
* Strong understanding of Property & Casualty classes of business
* Extensive Lloyd's of London experience
* Strong understanding of regulatory matters within Lloyd's / Claims
* Audit experience
* Degree educated preferred
* ACII preferred
