It’s an exciting time to be in the UK water industry. Until recently, most business customers have been unable to choose their water supplier, but this is changing.
Our client works closely with their business and public sector customers to provide a range of water services. As the market becomes increasingly competitive, they are driving service improvements to meet their customers’ changing expectations. With great customer service at the heart of everything they do, they are winning new business and have a rapidly expanding team as a result.
They are now looking to recruit a Business Process Analyst to form part of a team who are responsible for ensuring their sales and marketing department are able to efficiently and effectively offer customers the service of a leading retailer.
You will be responsible for the accurate capture of process, system and people requirements to support their vision and business strategy; specifically analysing, validating and documenting process, system, organisational and operational requirements. Acting as a key facilitator within the Sales and Marketing workstream, you will assist the Business Lead to bridge the gap between the business and the project team, translating what the business requires into effective and efficient processes.
With a strong orientation towards exceeding business and customer needs, you will have a background in customer service operations with management, senior or specialist responsibility. Experienced in cross process working and process/system change, you will be a well organised and decisive individual who has the ability to persevere with tasks until they are accomplished, irrespective of obstacles.
With excellent communication skills and the ability to present to groups, you will be capable of prioritising and handling multiples tasks whilst demonstrating commitment and understanding of best practices in quality customer service and sales. With knowledge of MS Office products, you will also have strong analytical and problem solving skills coupled with experience of process mapping.
