Our highly reputable, prestigious, well established client who are currently based in Bradford but will be moving to the heart of Leeds, West Yorkshire, are currently looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join the Finance team.

Your duties will include:

* Responsible for distributing dept post
* Creating cleared and uncleared funds into a spreadsheet and distributing to fee earners
* Using Transaction Gateway for uploading banking spreadsheets, daily client statements and card payments
* Invoicing for secured recoveries
* Daily cheque runs and diarising post dated cheques into log

You will have a genuine interest in a finance based career and possess strong numeracy skills. In addition, you will have MS word and excel skills, with first class attention to detail and good communication skills. A clean credit score is also essential.
