Experienced Customer Service Administrator Required

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a long established company based in North Ayrshire, within a dynamic office environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable dealing directly with the general public on a day to day basis by telephone or face to face.

Being the first point of contact requires excellent listening skills as well as helpful, accurate oral communication, the successful candidate should also be well organised, thorough and resolute in the pursuit of providing our customers with knowledgeable, friendly and concise resolutions.

While full training will be provided familiarity with Microsoft Office suite products and software packages including experience in electronic data processing systems will be a distinct advantage.
