Application Support Analyst

£20,000 to £24,589 (depending on experience)

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our high performing IT team.  We need a team player with a positive can do attitude and who will go the extra mile in order to continuously improve the way we do things.

As Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for first line support for all IT application and infrastructure issues and second line support for all business applications issues whilst also carrying out testing, implementation and some development for various IT projects. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to the delivery of IT solutions that support the business in achieving its corporate goals. 

The starting salary offered will be reflective of whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced analyst. Attitude and aptitude is more important to us than experience as training will be given as required; the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer focused and have a love of all things technical.
