Main Duties:
To work within the service support team
The Role:
- Daily contacts with Customers regarding order processing & product delivery
- Answering to clients' queries
- Support on the processing of sales orders
- Processing orders
- Responsible for timely dispatch
- Maintaining excellent procedures and documenting in detail
The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and French (Written & spoken)
- Fluent in German (desirable)
- Previous Administration experience
- Excellent communication & customer focused.
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (excel, outlook, ERP)
