LOCATION: Easton-on-the-Hill, Lincolnshire
JOB TITLE: Contracts Supervisor
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP24,000 per annum Dependent on experience and qualifications
WORKING HOURS: Based on a 39 hour working week Monday - Friday.
THE COMPANY: Our client is a successful company based at Easton-on-the-Hill, Stamford. They design and manufacture specialised electrical power test equipment, 80% of which they export to our customers worldwide.
THE ROLE: The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new & renewal existing ASCO Service & Maintenance Contracts and taking lead in maintaining the existing and increasing ASCO contract base.

Key Responsibilities/Duties of a Contracts Supervisor to include:-
• Manage existing contracts of various values ensuring that work is completed to schedules.
• Co-ordinate & Schedule with ASCO Engineers to complete the required Service Work.
• Follow up with ASCO engineers to ensure required information is received and acted upon.
• Make customer contact & complete of all necessaries to secure the renewal of contracts in a timely manner.
• Assist and support both current and potential customers by presenting our ASCO service offerings & pursuing any leads that may lead to additional Service Sales.
• Ensure quotation requests are completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that the company guidelines are strictly adhered to regarding ethical business operations.
• Control and document all commercial aspects of the Service Sale Cycle.
• Keep all service records updated and provide information to the Credit Control and Finance departments.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful Contracts Supervisor will be experienced in handling M&E contracts & Scheduling Engineers. They will be numerate and IT literate with an in-depth understanding of modern business-to-business contracting issues. A proven track record of operating in technical environments that requires a high attention to detail and the ability to manage a number of tasks/projects at any one time. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and smart appearance is also essential.
Key requirements essential for the role of Contracts Supervisor based in Easton-on-the-Hill:
• Will live within a commutable distance of Easton-on-the-Hill
• Must have the ability to negotiate & knowledgeable of Commercial Contracts Agreements
• Good administrative / time management skills.
• Good knowledge of Service specific business, techniques and processes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• An Electro-Technical qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
