About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Co-ordinator to join the Estates & Facilities team. This team is responsible for the co-ordination and provision of a high quality, efficient and effective Estates and Facilities service across the College estate, supporting the activity of their customers.
You will have responsibility for supervising both internal Estates teams and external contractors working with cross College teams to ensure the site and external facilities are well maintained and to provide users with a safe working environment.
The Facilities Co-ordinator is central to the daily running of the team and would suit an ambitious and confident individual with excellent organisational skills. You will take responsibility for supporting the day to day operational delivery, implementation of practices, processes and procedures. Providing support to the Estates & Facilities Manager across a range of accountabilities and responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure check.
