Administration Assistant

To assist in the efficient day to day running of our small but busy office.

The role includes taking orders and dealing with customer queries by telephone so good communication skills are essential. Invoicing and basic account duties are also required so knowledge of Sage Line 50 would be an advantage together with good numerical skills.

Other tasks include arranging dispatch and general office duties.

Applicants must also be competent with MS Word, Excel and Emails.

  • 9am - 5pm - Monday to Friday
  • Near Llangefni but own Transport may be necessary
